We do not share information gathered about you with other companies.
To protect the information you provide us about yourself, all information is stored on a secured server inside a protected database. The information in this database is restricted only to those personnel who have a "need to know".
Any client may elect to remove all information about a participant at any time. This is done via the administrative control panel by editing the participant and typing over their data. The data is purged from the automatic backups via normal rotation.
If a client wishes to have all information about their company and their employees removed from the system, they may do so via the administrative panel or by contacting ClearView Management. Removal of this data will prevent the system from functioning.
If the information about a client or participant is incorrect, the site administrator can modify it at anytime via the administrative control panel.
